Karen L. Babel, MD

Description

Dr. Karen L. Babel is a board-certified UCI Health physician who specializes in family medicine. Her clinical interests include preventive care for children, adolescents and adults, with an emphasis on diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and women's health. Babel earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She completed an internship and family medicine residency at Columbia St. Mary's Family Health Center, also in Milwaukee. Babel is dedicated to caring for the whole family, and strives to ensure that all her patients are informed medical decision makers and achieve their health goals. She also enjoys playing and watching sports, being involved in community youth sports, traveling abroad and spending time with her family.
