  • Antonella Redekosky

    Instructor

Antonella began Pilates as a way to cross train with her dance career. It became especially important to her life after a hip injury, where Pilates was the only thing that helped her recover. Antonella received her Pilates certification through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) with Dance Specialization in 2016 and is currently a student at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). She is pursuing a BFA degree in Dance and will be graduating in the springtime. Antonella has worked along side with mentor Karen Clippinger by assisting the BASI Dance Specialization program. She has also had the opportunity to work with Rael Isacowitz for a video with Dance Magazine. Antonella’s intent when teaching is for people to feel better about their bodies and self at the end of class, as well as being able to know how to properly carry their body through their day to improve lifestyle.

  • Lori Barnes

    Instructor

Since 2001, Lori has been practicing the Pilates method of body conditioning. Noticing the many positive benefits Pilates brought to her own life such as strength, flexibility, balance, awareness, and the ease of performing daily tasks, Lori wanted to share Pilates with as many people that would be willing to learn. In 2003 she obtained a comprehensive teaching certification from Rael Isacowitz through BASI (Body Arts and Science International), opened her own studio in 2005, and since then has worked closely with professional athletes, physical therapists, chiropractors, senior citizens, expectant mothers, BASI students, and clients needing rehabilitation. While working in Pilates studios and physical therapy clinics, Lori continued her own Pilates practice while studying and learning many other forms of body movement. She quickly realized that anyone who is able to move should absolutely be incorporating Pilates into their physical fitness regime. The Club Pilates vision to bring people “quality Pilates at happy prices” aligns perfectly with what Lori believes to be the only way to make the most important form of body conditioning available to everyone. Lori is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance and is currently working towards her biology degree. Her main goal in life is to help others eliminate unnecessary aches and pains and feel great. She believes that being physically fit is a result of living without pain. Lori knows that Pilates is the safest and most effective method to achieve this perfect balance, and she is looking forward to sharing it with you!

  • Megan Carbone

    Instructor

Megan’s passion for health and fitness began at a young age while she was training as a competitive gymnast. It was during this time that she began mastering the concept of the mind body connection that is consistently brought up throughout Pilates. After nearly a decade of training she unfortunately suffered a hip injury that ultimately took her out of the sport. Despite this injury, her background allowed her to continue to place a major emphasis on health and fitness throughout her adulthood. In 2014, she graduated from USC with a degree in Gerontology. After college, she began teaching gymnastics to high school teens throughout the South Bay. During which, she enrolled in her first Pilates class and was instantly hooked! She loved the low impact and restorative nature of the Pilates Method. She continued to take classes for a few years before she ultimately decided to spread her passion for Pilates and fitness by teaching what she loves most. She has since completed her Pilates training in 2018 through Club Pilates.

  • Carol Anderson

    Instructor

Having always been active first as a swimmer in school and then in the military where she developed a love for running, Carol has strived for an active, healthy lifestyle. Through the encouragement of a friend in 2009 she tried Pilates for the first time and was hooked. She loved the way it fit in with her running workouts while strengthening the parts of her body that were weak. It also kept her strong and injury free out on the trails. As she learned more about pilates and the control and precision it required, she became even more obsessed with perfecting her form and loved the dramatic changes it was creating in her body and her flexibility. In 2017 after teaching Middle School for 16 years, she decided to use her experience in education to teach something she is really passionate about. She quit her job and spent a year completing her Club Pilates Teacher Training, focused on learning everything she could to be the best instructor she can be. She is excited to be able to share her love of pilates through teaching while encouraging others to continue to strive for an active, healthy lifestyle.

  • Tiffany Schnegenberger

    Instructor

Tiffany has exercised regularly over the last 25 years in a variety of different methodologies. But it wasn’t until she found Pilates that she actually enjoyed training every day and overcame persistent shoulder pain. After retiring in 2009 from a successful finance career, she was able to stay home with her 2 girls, volunteer at their schools, and support their athletic endeavors. With the “empty nest” years rapidly approaching, she began searching for her next career in something that she loved, Pilates. She earned her certification through the Club Pilates teacher training program and is excited to share her love of Pilates with others.

  • Brittni Johnson

Brittni is so excited to be joining the Club Pilates Tustin family! She then went on to obtain a B.A. in Dance: (Option in Dance Science) at California State University of Long Beach. It was while studying there that she fell in love with Pilates and all the benefits it has to offer! Since then, Brittni has worked as a professional dancer/acrobat with various companies, all over the country (and internationally) for over 12 years. Pilates has always played a crucial role in her overall health, and given her dance career the longevity she hoped for. • Judy

    Instructor

Judy has been in the fitness industry for several decades with Pilates being her preferred method of exercise. She was part of the “no pain, no gain” mentality of the 1980s and unfortunately some of the things done at that time wreaked havoc on her body. She has had a hip replacement, torn rotator cuff, hernia, along with neck, back, knee and foot issues. Fortunately she discovered Pilates about 20 years ago and as a result is in better physical shape than at that time. She gives credit to the gentle yet effective Pilates technique for having spared her from back surgery. She is very passionate about teaching Pilates to others as she has experienced firsthand the benefit of how the precise, controlled movements have improved her physical health. Judy has been certified in Mat Pilates since 2000 and Reformer Pilates since 2006 through Precision Pilates, which is based on Body Arts and Science International (BASI), along with having mentored in the classical style of Peak Pilates. She has also been certified through AFAA as a group exercise instructor since 1993 and personal trainer since 1998, and Balance and Mobility Specialist through Cal State Fullerton since 2014. Other certifications include Senior Fitness and Exercises for Chronic Diseases and Disabilities, as well as Rehabilitative Exercise. Work experience includes Director of Fitness at a retirement community, owner of a personal training studio, Pilates for chiropractic and Physical Therapy patients, corporate fitness classes, along with training in various gyms and Pilates studios in California, Arizona and Pennsylvania. Judy has been an avid dancer for years and enjoys being in ministry, spending time with her grandchildren and helping others remain “Forever Young” in body, soul and spirit!
